It all began in 2015 when Kinsey Pastore, a lifelong dancer with big dreams started competing more seriously. Like so many dancers, she spent hours training, perfecting choreography, and pouring her soul into every performance. But when it came time to step onto the stage, something was missing. The dance costume options available were limited in both style and fit. 

Frustrated but inspired, her mother LeeAnn Pastore, a lifelong creator with a passion for designing, stepped in. She began designing custom costumes just for Kinsey—pieces that weren’t just beautiful, but also functional, flattering, and unlike anything else on the competition floor. What started as a few handmade pieces quickly turned into a booming small business.

And just like that, LA Dance Designs was born.

Since then, what began as a labor of love between a mother and daughter has evolved into a full-scale operation with multiple stores. Their work has graced the stages of professional dancers, national competitions, and televised shows, all while staying true to their roots.

But through all the growth, one thing has never changed: their core values. Family, passion, and purpose are the foundation of everything they do.
