Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped either UPS or USPS. The final rate is calculated at checkout and depends on your location and weight of your order.

LA Dance Designs will not be responsible for shipping delays as well as lost, stolen or damaged packages from UPS or USPS. 

We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible to pay for their own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All labels should be purchased through our return portal.

In-store pickup available for local customers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you are happy with your LA Dance Designs Purchase. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of dancewear and excellent value to customer. 

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS

We will gladly offer an Exchange or Store Credit within 30 days if returned unused, and in new condition, in its original packaging, and/or tags attached, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. We ask that all garments are tried on with undergarments.

We only replace or repair items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.

Our Company reserves the right to make the final decision in all matters concerning your exchange.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery may not be returned for an exchange.
